Not you're completely perfect solution, but probably hits the most boxes of your wish list: get an Aura One, hook your most used library (assuming you use one more than the other) to the Aura for wifi loading and use Overdrive to sideload the books from the other library via USB. The Aura One gets you into the screen size range you want (which has pretty limited options). For the most part I find page turns to be nearly instantaneous so that shouldn't be a problem with any CURRENT e-ink devices but YMMV.
