The problem appears with version 5.3.1.2. Several extensions stoppped working for this missing closed parenthesis. It seems that LO enforced suddenly a stricter respect of coding rules (?!) and some extensions stopped working for this reason. among others AltSearch and Pepito cleaner. This policy should be temporarily reversed for the next "fresh" version due early April but again will be enforced for 5.4 and beyond.

This seems to be a kind of warning shot or maybe was totally unintended
