I searched the forums and there were three suggestions, Song, Good Ereader and Onyx Book Max but no one was able to confirm if it can firstly:

Recognise hand writing to text.
Read and send emails via wifi.

If not Recognise hand writing (allow bluetooth keyboard) as I have seen a Onyx book max do this.
