 You can try looking in \users\
**yourusersname**\AppData\Roaming\Barnes & Noble\NOOKstudy for the two files named CoreCloud_ForIndexing.db and CoreCloud.db rename them to something like old_CoreCloud_ForIndexing.db and old_CoreCloud.db.  Then try to login again.  
If it does not work then next try changing you password with B&N replete the above paragraph.
If it does not work then you might try again in a couple days.
