While I was on the site I signed up for their newsletter and got an email from them promoting their new ArkivJazz store and asking me to sign up for newsletters for both ArkivMusic & ArkivJazz in return for free music. I figured why not, I can always cancel. Signing up got me both "Tchaikovsky: Piano Concerto No. 2 / Concert Fantasia" and "Domnerus: Jazz at the Pawnshop", so all said and done I've got 3 new full albums of stuff to check out. NOTE: I don't know if everyone gets offered the two free albums as the email specifically mentioned "as a prior customer of ArkivMusic" (I've purchased CD's from them in the past). |
