Can Japanese Kindle be used in English?
I've never owned a Kindle, and am now tempted by a local sale of
"Model: 905A [Kindle PaperWhite 2 (2013) WiFi (Japan)]"
Photo below. Supposedly old stock, still boxed, from Japan.

Am I correct that it can be switched to use English?

By a normal system setting, or is some hacking/rooting involved?
