For me, kepub has more disadvantages (that header is a huge disadvantage in my list) than advantages (the only one I can think of is the footnotes, but I barely use that), so I'll keep with my epub.

I patch to enable full screen reading. The header and footer on kepub is stupid. Using full-screen and having the header and footer only pop-up when needed seems so obvious, I'm surprised it isn't already an official option.
