I always do. If they come USPS, I will get Saturday deliveries.
Curiousity question: What is the population of your area? Our area is too spread out and not populated enough to get Sunday delivery or UPS on Saturday.
Not counting the two cities which has 200,000 people total, there are less than 10 people per square mile. So total average including the two cities is less than 50 people per square mile and most are in pockets of people with many miles in between.
