From the Authors of The Great American Slow Cooker Book--A Pressure Cooker Book!

And, only $2.99!

If you like using a pressure cooker (I'm not a fan, myself), you should really appreciate this 529-page tome.

One reservation that I had about posting this book was the fact that it has only a 4.3-star rating at Amazob, which, with my ultra-high standards seemed a little weak. Concerns were allayed, however, when I checked GoodReads and saw that the average rating there is 4.16, from 135 ratings, which is very good for them.

The only other reservation that I had about posting the ebook is the fact that it is "only" 73% off (of the digital list price). Again, not up to my ultra-high standards, for bargain books.

The Great Big Pressure Cooker Book: 500 Easy Recipes for Every Machine, Both Stovetop and Electric. By Bruce Weinstein; Mark Scarbrough. Rated 4.3 stars, from 496 reviews at Amazon at the present moment.Print list price $25.00; digital list price $10.99; Kindle price now $2.99. Clarkson Potter, publisher. 529 pages. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MZWA8FI.

Book Description
The ultimate in pressure cooker books--with 500 recipes for breakfasts, soups, mains, grains, vegetables, and desserts--each adapted for stovetop or electric models, such as Instapot.

The old-fashioned pressure cooker has been rediscovered by modern home cooks, both for its quick-cooking powers (dried beans are perfectly soft in 35 minutes; risottos are tender in 20 minutes) and for its ability to infuse foods with intense flavor (carrots become sweeter, meat more savory).
The Great Big Pressure Cooker Book has recipes for every device, stovetop and electric, no matter the manufacturer. Whether you're seeking an adventurous array of spices, found in dishes such as Cherry Chipotle Pulled Chicken or Smashed Sweet Potatoes with Pineapple and Ginger, or pure comfort food, like French Toast Bread Pudding or Classic Pot Roast and Potatoes, you'll find the perfect recipe--each labeled by level of ease--to feed your family. This is the only pressure cooker book you'll ever need.
