Exact same problem/error, so I deleted the file from my library and tried it again. This time, it transferred the same error to the next alphabetical file in the list ("Volatile"), which is by a different author.

Then, I re-downloaded the story "Visiting Hours" and tried to make a catalog again, and the error returned to the story "Visiting Hours."

Then, I tried making a catalog with the first 10 books in my library, which worked just fine.

/Next/, thinking that I might have hit a numerical limit, I tried making a catalog with all the books up to but not including "Visiting Hours." The same error then transferred to a totally different story, "Thursday's Child."

I've tried each of these iterations several times, using both the "generate new cover" and "use existing cover" options. In general, the exact same error jumps around to a few different stories close to the end of the alphabetical list.

Is there any way to uniformly update all the cover art for these stories at the same time? And also, I have no idea what "Pulsar'er" refers to - I have nothing in my library with anything remotely related to this word.
Try making a catalog without tags and genre.
