I've tried each of these iterations several times, using both the "generate new cover" and "use existing cover" options. In general, the exact same error jumps around to a few different stories close to the end of the alphabetical list.
Is there any way to uniformly update all the cover art for these stories at the same time? And also, I have no idea what "Pulsar'er" refers to - I have nothing in my library with anything remotely related to this word.

Try making a catalog without tags and genre.
