That problem has been fixed with Moon+. When I use it I scroll instead of page but I can still go anyplace in the book and I don't have to worry about rewinding. So Moon+ is really a further development in scrolling technology.
By the way, I read a lot with Moon+, scrolling and I read a lot with my Kindle, paging and I find scrolling to be far more relaxed. When paging, as I get near the end of the page I have to make sure my finger doesn't get ahead of me. That might just be my personal problem but my finger wants to jump the gun. I remember that was a problem when reading paper books too. Premature pagination. It's embarrassing.
I think the conclusion is not that real men scroll but that there are more real men when scrolling is done.
