Never, ever, ever trust the "upgrade has gone smoothly for several other stores" line again!!! That damn computer upgrade resulted in nothing but problems and a store that was not operational for over an hour after opening today. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
I had a bad feeling last week when they called to tell me about it that it was not going to go well. It NEVER goes well for us.
