From iFixIt teardown report, the front glass and display panel are fused together. You can't replace just the digitizer. I found a site selling just the digitizer and front glass, but the only reviewer agreed with iFixIt that the digitizer is fused to the LCD.
If not cracked, but it just doesn't respond, try a reboot.
With a good charge and then unplugged do the following.
Press and hold power for a full 30 to 40 seconds. Then release power and let it reboot.
If cracked, then the whole display and digitizer would need to be replaced.
