The slowdown is whenever you display the collections list? If so, that is expected. If you have a lot of collections and a lot of books in the collections, then displaying the collections list can take a long time. I have about 40 page of collections. That takes about 40 seconds to display. Update to 4.3.8945. That seems to be caching the collections list. The first time opening it is still very slow. But returning to it form a collections is just slow. About 15 seconds for me.
