So how many ebooks are sold in New Zealand? No way to tell from the report because New Zealand Kindle sales are mixed in with the US and Australian figures. (New Zealanders can also buy Kindle books through amazon.com.au, not just through amazon.com.)
It seems like a serious flaw in the methodology to depend on the global retailers having local stores in each country, especially when Amazon is so far behind other retailers in that respect.
