Okay got the outlet cleaned. I'm still here. Sticking Qtips in an outlet goes against my self preservation but....
Poor Kitty. She's sleeping now. She was locked in that cabinet which she entered through the drawer on top for two hours. We couldn't find her. Afterwards she acted exhausted then got up use the litter box which was not solid and vomited in it, on the wall and outlet.
