Hi Everyone,

My name is Alex and I'm currently resident in The Forest of Dean, in Western England. We're surrounded by old mine workings - this was once a cradle of the Industrial Revolution. And lots of trees..

As the proud owner of an old Samsung laptop computer and a new Sony PRS-505 I stumbled across MobileRead looking for some free downloads - and found the Harvard Classics set - so I am very pleased.

As a Unix (cf. Linux) Sys Admin by trade I want to try my hand at converting text or html for specific readers. Have already done Harry T's Book Designer tutorial and briefly experimented with Calibre - for editing Sony Reader meta information - following a comment by Patricia.

I would especially like to put hyperlinked content pages into the Harvard Classics series. I think that I need the html0 files for that.
