I found that I liked Darjeeling when I finally started brewing it correctly, ie at the right temperature.

One of the nice things about the more expensive Darjeelings it that they can easily be resteeped. I get 2-3 brews out of most of mine. I let them steep for an additional 30 seconds to a minute (dependent on the original steep time). It really cuts the cost and you are getting a better quality tea.

Milk Oolong this morning.
