Is this still for sale? I'm very interested! I have some questions:

1. Do you know how much shipping would be to western Canada?
2. Does the software work in English? (I assume "yes", because you wrote in English.)
3. Is it usable with a stylus/electromagnetic pen?
4. Will you include the pen with the ereader?
5. Why are you selling it? (I'm just curious, really.)
