Most communities that I've ever known about, test the sirens at 11:00 (or sometimes 10:00 in non-daylight savings time; if they haven't been reprogrammed) on the first Tuesday of every month. That was today. So yes, they were tested all over the place here, too. That's probably just a normal testing.
