So I noticed when I duplicate a library for back up purposes, Calibre copies the metadata.db but doesn't copy the individual metadata.opf's. Only when Calibre access that duplicated library does Calibre create the individual metadata.opf and it does so very slowly, around 1 file per 2 second or something? Is there a way to speed up this process?
