It used to be "kobo", but I tried several other versions like "kobodesktop", "fnac", "rakutenbooks", "bol", "chapters", "bestbuyca", etc., as according to some newsgroups it might help to get new FW quicker that way. Well, it might help, but I did not see any improvement. The current setting seems to be "bol".
Changing the affiliate setting also get rid of the logo's on the startup page, for those who might be interested.
