If you've registered your Kindle and the Kindle firmware version is 5.6.x or higher you can download the Oxford Paravia English - Italian Dictionary dictionary for free.

To download the English-Italian dictionary, you'll have to log in to your Amazon account and select the following:

Digital Contents > Manage Your Contents and Devices > Books > Dictionaries & User Guides > Oxford Paravia English - Italian Dictionary
> Deliver

(The dictionary will be automatically downloaded to your Kinde the next time you connect to your Amazon account via Wifi.)

If you have an older model, you could buy the Collins English to Italian Dictionary.
