I know I read something about this, but can't find it now.

I have a Long text, like comments, not shown in tag browser custom column. I prefer to have my Edit metadata custom columns tab shown in one column, which shows this window the length of the tab. This however leaves the toolbar(s) at the top bunched in the left hand side rather than going across the whole window.

I can't remember if the post I saw said it couldn't be fixed, or told us how to fix it. It's also possible what I remember was for something completely different.
