My Kobo Aura One updated to the latest firmware but I didn't get the new home screen. Also, my collections didn't sync and disappeared (they still appear in the Android Kobo app).
Overall, performance is zippier and touch sensitivity improved. Also, PDF performance improved - pinch to zoom and general navigation are more responsive. Unfortunately, we still can't highlight or annotate PDF files! I don't like using KOReader on the Aura One (it drains the battery quicker and even affects the battery in Nickel) and would rather just use Nickel, if they can just provide better PDF features.
