Don't get me wrong, 128 is generally fine for casual listening through basic earbuds or computer speakers, but if I'm going to download I want the best format I can get. I can always convert to a smaller size/lower rez file for use on mobile devices where space might be at a premium, but you can't upconvert something from a lower quality to higher.
