The screen shot is in Russian locale as well, the bottom section is all about the PIN code.

The poster said that the PIN code made first appearance in the 4.2.8432, but that it only showed up when the firmware was installed as part of a factory reset. PIN code disappeared after the reader updated to 4.3.8842 and re-appeared after he updated again, this time with a factory reset. He has a Glo HD.
