Although I never posted one myself, I might just to see. But this is what I figure. You go to the main harlequin.com site. Make sure you are signed in. Also, I made sure to make a community ID. That is in your profile on the main site. So that is the name that shows on the reviews, postings, etc.
When you go to a book, scroll all the way down. Past the author bio.
Where it says "Harlequin Reader Reviews". And there I guess one makes a review. I'll find out soon, I just read one I got from the site with my points.
