Ok, now it's all fine. Thinking back I have to say that when I plugged the kobo in, windows said that was corrupt\damaged, and wanted to analyze it. Tired of this ( appeared all the times ) I pressed ok, and then kobo didn't read kepub anymore.
So I don't have to make windows repair it. Maybe this will be helpfull for someone in my same situation.
