Looking at that, I tend to agree with frostschutz. It looks like there is something wrong with the screen. And if the light is turning on and off as you press the reset button, the device isn't frozen. The reset button is restarting the device and that turns the light off, and then somewhere in the startup, the light is turning on.

You sent me a PM asking for an image, and I will send this. But, you should try a manual factory reset first. For the Aura H2O, this is done by:

- Charge the device for at least an hour.
- Hold the power button down for 20 seconds to force the device to turn on.
- While holding the power button down, tap both bottom corners.
- Keep tapping until the screen changes or the LED next to the power button changes.

Getting the timing right can be a problem. If it doesn't trigger the factory reset, try again.

If that doesn't help, I don't expect the image will help either. But, it won't harm to try it.
