Hello guys,

It's been a while since I've last used my Kobo Aura H2O so I decided to turn it on again. As expected, the first thing I saw was the cover of the last PDF I viewed. I plugged it into my computer, waited a bit, and nothing happened.

Then I pressed the reset button hoping that it would soft restart but again, the screen remained the same. Even after pressing the reset button four times nothing happened. What I noticed is that the backlight works so it doesn't seem to be completely dead. I even managed to let my computer recognize it by plugging it in and tapping around the area where it would normally say "Connect".

I'm out of ideas now and waiting for a feedback from Kobo. However I wanted to ask you guys too, maybe there's something else I can do.
