FTR - you can control how the built-in dates are displayed by setting the appropriate formats in Preferences->Tweaks->Control how dates are displayed, e.g.

gui_timestamp_display_format = 'yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm:ss'
gui_last_modified_display_format = 'iso'
