I bought a laptop from them, oh . . . about 13 years ago. Was supposed to get a $150 rebate. After I had exhausted my efforts trying to get them to send it to me, I went to the local store where I bought it and literally watched as an employee wrote out a letter to the relevant department at BestBuy's home office. I'm still waiting for the rebate.

What new card? As TrevorViking said you use your existing credit card. I think you can use any credit card, not just Visa.
