Only the JB (and supporting files) are bridged across Amazon updates.

The general rule is:
Re-install anything else that appears broke.

Note:
MrPI is a batch processor -
Put all of our update_*.bin files you are using in /mrpackages, trigger MrPI, it will install everything in one go.
