Kobo often gets stuck on "Processing Content"

Hi!

About 20% of the time, when I eject my Glo from Calibre after adding a book or books thru Calibre onto my microsd card, the Glo will hang on the "processing content" screen, not progressing, not doing anything. If I touch the screen after a little bit of time, it'll bring up the home screen and the new book(s) will be there. I generally remove them again thru Calibre and reload them, 90% of the time after doing that, they get through the processing screen with no problem.

It started happening in January last year when I was running the previous firmware I had - before that going back to April 2014 it didn't happen at all - but it got to the point where it froze the reader. I had to restore it and update the firmware to 3.19.3761 in July of 2016. Now it happens about 20% of the time, no specific types of epubs, some I make myself and some are commercial epubs. All sideloaded onto my microsd card. There seems to be no common factor in which epubs cause this to happen.

I don't know if it's a GLO problem, a Calibre problem, or a microsd card problem. The Calibre version I have is 2.62, my microsd card goes back to 2014. It was happening more often when I would keep Calibre open in the background on my laptop, but now happens less frequently as I close it when I'm not actively using it. If It happens twice in a row, it seems to clear if I close Calibre and reopen it. However, there are times where I've had to power off and power back on the Glo to make it go past the "processing content" screen.

Anyone have any information that may help? Right now it bothers me, but I'm looking at it as a quirk of the reader. I'm just worried that it'll get worse as it did before to the point where I had to reformat the reader.

Thanks for any help!

UPDATE:
My previous firmware was firmware was 3.3.0 (April 17, 2014), the problem started happening around January 2016, newer firmware installed July 2016.
