Ninety Six
Ninety Six is a town in Greenwood County, South Carolina, United States.
The Star Fort Battle Site National Park in Ninety Six is the site of the First Land Battle in the South during the American Revolution.
It is the holder of two American Revolution War records being the First Land Battle South of New England and the Longest Siege in the War.
The site is also home to the only world-wide remaining star-shaped fort built by the British left, giving the site it’s name and it also houses the only American-dug tunnels left in the county.
