Thanks, also, for sharing the $CDN price. I'd love to have pricing information for countries like Canada, Great Britain, Australia, and others, for all of my book posts (Little.Egret is great at that), but it's hard to find the extra minutes to do that. I probably wouldn't have looked up the Canadian Amazon price anyway, thinking that few people up there would even know who he was. But maybe (let's hope!) that they know American history better than I know Canadian history! Ack!
