You have a touchscreen Kindle, you have a way to take a screenshot:
Touch two diagonally opposite corners (two fingers) at the same time.

Most likely cause: Collection Manager does not support nested connections on you device/firmware combination.
Check the first post and any readme.* document(s) in the package.
