Yes. You can add any search URL for any store or searchable database as a button just like the Amazon one. There are several threads in Feedback with info, but if you know how to search your Overdrive site, you can just add it if you follow these instructions. You probably want to do a title search, but no reason you can't add all of them.

There are two dropdown buttons next to each other on each book page, one defaults to Amazon or says "Online Stores" (sometimes there are three, and the Amazon one is broken out on it's own), the other I've had customized for so long I don't remember what it defaults to, but you can move the links around between them as you like, so I have stores on one, and Google/My Library/Worldcat/etc lookups under the other.

It's a little unintuitive, since it's all one list on that page, but multiple buttons on the book pages, but you'll figure it out.
There is also a tampermonkey script that will add another button, but it doesn't work on all browsers.
