Perhaps I've gotten the adverbs all mixed up.....

A "Romance of Oily Motorbike Suspense"?
A "Motorbike Romance: Oil and Suspense"?
"Oil, Romance and Suspense on a Motorbike"?

Now all we need is a half-naked cowboy next to a horse and heroine. And a bottle of suntan lotion...and a gallon of unleaded gasoline.


ADDED: It looks like I misread 'Ops' for 'oily.' But I like mine much better.
