1)Install a clean copy of Calibre Portable on the new drive.
2)replace the corresponding folders on the new drive with the ones from the old drive or simply use copy to Library (while using the OLD Library. can be while using the New Portable installation). if you don't have any custom settings/plugins you want to keep.
