Hi there,

I'm new to this forum. I live near Paris, France and own a KOBO Aura H2O after having a Bookeen GEN 3 Gold Edition.

I bought a Kobo instead of the Bookeen because of the light, missing on the Bookeen. My Bookeen got a frozzen screen 3 times but Bookeen change it 3 times !

Now, I own a KOBO Aura H2O since 6 months but it just come to have a fisrt frozzen screen with a lot af horizontal and vertical lines !
