Hi everybody - I have a little(big) problem: my Kobo aura used to run just fine, however at one time it froze, so I had to do a hard factory reset (by holding the light button and the on/of switch at the same time). It did reset, however the backlight is not coming on since. I f I press the physical button the icon comes on, I even get the windows that is supposed to allow the light adjustment, however there is no light.
Please help!
