The US system of Primaries and delegates, with different States voting on different days seems so confusing, candidates dropping out and left behind if they don't make a good showing, or hanging on hoping they have a few 'Key states' in their back pocket. (I guess it's a way of weeding out the ones with the less money).

Why not just have a big "SUPER TUESDAY" when the whole country votes. (I guess the candidates couldn't then focus on one particular primary at a time instead of all at once.)

Oh, never mind, this involves politics and it never makes sense and always leads to arguments.

I suppose if it has worked since 1776 (I hope that date is right) there must be some good in it.
