He's fixed most of the older covers to something he thinks is more representative of the stories. But before when I recommended them I kept having to tell people it's not actually porn. It's a Gunsmoke Fantasy world, and one I really liked. No porn or half naked men in the story at all.

And even now I don't agree with his cover choices. I read it more as a Western with fantasy elements, not like 1920's flapper era.

I still tell people they just need to ignore the covers.
That one isn't too bad as half-naked men go - it's more a case of wondering where the chest rug and medallion went than wondering how many hours the model had spent in the gym. It's covers like the Sarah Humphreys referenced upthread I object to. Never having been a fan of romance novels (or indeed anything marketed as chick lit) I avoid anything that looks like it's been written to a formula based on the latest bandwagon.

Looks like they're not available in the UK store...
