The tow big windows in the living room/kitchen area are actually doors, so no problem at all getting in and out there...

We have "Homeway" planned for all rooms, so cables are no issue.
We have an attic, there is a stair planned (but not a fixed one, just a pulldown) and we'll use it for storing seldom-used items.

Storage is achieved by putting in cupboards...
