Does the H20 have such a long battery life due to a much bigger battery, or is the smaller screen a big factor as well? Don't know enough about e-ink and front-lighting to guess.

With regard to weight and size: I think companies are going berserk. Even the biggest and heaviest e-reader inside a cover are much smaller, thinner, and lighter than any hardcover book I own. There's no need to make them thinner or lighter.

The KA1 in its official cover is half as thick as my KPW1 in a third party cover, and the KPW1 is already half to one third of the average mass market paperback.
