I tried scrubbing it off with a heavy duty scrubby after soaking it in dish water but not much change. I do not have baking soda or white vinegar. I do have apple cider vinegar but I'm not sure if it would damage it  I'm at my wit's end here.
It's my only big burner.

Yes you can use the apple cider vinegar.
