Or you could if you have them reverse the ceiling fans so the air is pushed back down.
Oh you might also want to check the direction of the vents on the baseboard heater.
Make sure they are pointed away from the wall.

They are not adjustable. They blow up as far I can tell. Hitting the wall above mostly. We had one of those ceiling fans in Raleigh. None here. No where to put a fan to blow actual heat. You want to know what's stupid. The second baseboard is installed under the only window which means all that hot air blows into the cold air coming from the window. : smack: The cat loves it but it takes forever to heat a room with it. The oven is much faster. I cooked a casserole earlier so it's warm. No baseboards running at the moment.
