Just thought I would update. The memorial for my husband's oldest friend went well. It was a bit uncomfortable but the sister was cordial.
Yes, there is a long back story. It was just a bit weird meeting my husband's first wife's stepsisters. Pretty sure they felt a bit weird meeting me too.
